Jon entered the mortgage business in 2008 — one of the toughest stretches in industry history — and has spent nearly twenty years helping first-time buyers, move-up families, and real estate investors secure the right financing. That experience has earned him repeated top-producer honors and, more importantly, a long roster of clients who keep coming back.

Jon and his wife own four rental properties across Indianapolis — a short-term rental in Fountain Square, mid-term rentals in South Broad Ripple, and a mid-term near IU Indianapolis. He doesn't just talk about strategic financing; he uses it to build his own portfolio, and brings that perspective to every client conversation.
